Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

Once you pay, the invoice will be created. So the Invoices are non-refundable and cannot be refunded. So the experience can’t be cancelled.

Normally I ask 50% circa, of the total amount, to book the tour.

if you don’t attend the Tour, you could get a voucher for a potential tour with me.


If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the experience, the Guide may cancel the experience. If this happens, you will be fully refunded. You will also have the option to reschedule the tour.

Participant Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for arriving on time for the scheduled hiking experience. Late arrivals more than 20 minutes or not coming at all, may result in missing the excursion without eligibility for a refund or rescheduling. So the booking will be marked as “No Show”.


You can reschedule the date or time of your experience up to one week before the experience is scheduled to start. If the new time and date are available, just contact me directly.

If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy doesn’t change.

Refund Policy:

In the event that the hiking experience is cancelled by the guide due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), guests will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for another available date or get a Voucher. Refunds in such cases will be issued promptly.
