Overview:
We will hike up from Scala close by Ravello and Amalfi reaching Santa Maria dei Monti shelter ( Rifugio), 1000 meters high. In there we will have a great lunch enjoying the fantastic view of the Amalfi coast and Ravello area. If you wish we can even see the Vesuvio area. The lunch cost 15€ and you will pay directly to Antonio the shelter manager. But we need to book at least 24 hours in advance.
It includes many local appeteizer, like salami, cheese, aubregine, pumpkin, bread, wine and water.
X this experience its mandatory to wear trekking shoes or trail running shoes or asics gym shoes with a good grip.
Bring plenty of water as well.
In the shelter there is also a chance to sleep there.
Other things to note
I need at least 24 hours time if you want to book the lunch at the shelter.

We hired him for just our family - two parents and three adult children. We were able to customize the experience to fit our timing and abilities, and we were grateful to have Enzo's expertise about the trail, stories about the history of the area, and insight of key spots to stop for photos. I was supposed to be in a larger group but the other guests cancelled last minute so it ended up being a private hike and I appreciated him not cancelling! If you want to hike Path of the Gods but don’t want to do it alone or if you just want to learn more about the area, I definitely recommend going with Enzo!!!Verificata

Enzo was very communicative at making sure I knew how to get to meeting spot and providing very accurate details. And I have learned on this trip not all tours you book go as smoothly as this one. He graciously lent me a hiking stick which was I found invaluable. He told great stories and pointed out so many things along the way. Things you would not have learned unless you had a guide. Teresa23 Ottobre 2023Enzo and Candida were very knowledgeable and informative of the area. They always made sure we are “bene”. The path was spectacular. A bit more scrambling than I expected. You have a choice of going all the way to Positano. Our hike started in Bomerano. My husband and I ended in Nocelle. This was a resting point for everyone. Enzo was waiting for us with a cup of lemon slush!! Fantastico! Enzo told us how to catch the bus to Positano.
