In this experience we will reach the Ferriere Waterfalls in the Amalfi/Scala/Ravello area; from Amalfi, passing all the beautiful lemon gardens and going into the amazing Ferriere waterfall park than we go to Pontone (Scala), than back to Amalfi. The hike is mostly shaded so it won’t be hot in the summer. And we will admire the beautiful nature of the waterfalls and the protected Fern called Woodvardia radicans.
In this experience you need to be moderate Fit and try to wear hiking shoes or good grip shoes.

- Distance: 7 kms (5 miles)
- Dislivell: 300m up and 300m down.

To get into the Ferriere waterfalls reserve in Scala, you must to buy a ticket which costs 5€ x person on site.

Other things to note:
It’s also possible to start from Pontone (Scala), Pogerola (Amalfi) or San Lazzaro (Agerola) or Atrani or Ravello, and they both reach the Ferriere waterfalls.
So read carefully the starting point when you book.

DURING THE WINTER AND LATE AFTERNOON THE LAST WATERFALL PIECE IS CLOSED, SO WE WILL SEE THE OTHER SMALL WATERFALLS.

What’s included
- Drinks: Water available in the waterfalls. Just bring an empty bottle to refill. I will invite a coffee or deka coffee or Ginseng coffee as well if you like.
- Equipment: I have 6 trekking sticks (poles) to provide you. It helps especially to go down the trail. It also helps the knees.
You will also receive a map of the valley and the nature reserve.
